2. Design Consultation Process

Our luxury outdoor living products are available through a bespoke design consultation process:

• All purchases begin with a complimentary design consultation meeting
• Products are made-to-order or custom-configured to your specifications
• Final pricing is provided following design consultation and site assessment
• Deposits are required to commence manufacturing
• Lead times vary by product and manufacturer (typically 6-12 weeks)

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to confirmation:

• Prices exclude VAT (added at 20% where applicable)
• Final quotations provided in writing following consultation
• Deposits: 30-50% required to commence order (manufacturer dependent)
• Balance payment due prior to delivery/installation
• Payment accepted via bank transfer or credit/debit card

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation terms vary by product category:

• Delivery charges quoted separately based on location
• Professional installation available and recommended for most products
• Site surveys may be required prior to installation
• Customer responsible for suitable access and foundations/base preparation
• Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules

5. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

• Cancellation rights apply during the 14-day cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
• Once manufacturing commences, cancellation may result in charges for work completed
• Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty
• Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs borne by customer unless product is faulty

6. Warranties & Guarantees

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties:

• Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product (typically 2-10 years)
• Structural warranties available on selected products
• Warranty details provided with each product
• Installation warranties available when installed by our approved contractors
• Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to all purchases

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: manufacturer delays, shipping disruptions, extreme weather, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
